This Privacy Policy describes how MedGroup, LLC. (referred to as “MedGroup”, “our”, “we” or “us” in this Policy) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information, what choices you have relating to your personal information, and how you can contact us.

By doing so, You authorize MedGroup to collect and process your data, according to the practices set forth in this Privacy Notice, as well as in accordance with applicable laws.
MedGroup has updated this Privacy Notice to ensure that its policies for regulating processes and security measures for the collection and processing of personal data are in accordance with the law applicable in the Republic of Kosovo, namely Law No. 06/L-082 on Personal Data Protection. Furthermore, MedGroup will make every effort to ensure that personal data collected from users will be treated in accordance with the applicable laws in the Republic of Kosovo.
MedGroup also voluntarily and constantly tries to respect, and harmonize its practices with, the highest international standards regarding the protection of privacy and personal data, such as the General Data Protection Regulation, (GDPR) of the European Union, which entered into force on May 25, 2018
This Privacy Notice applies to and is applicable to any user of any of the websites, products and/or Services offered by and/or through MedGroup.
Automatic Data
Certain types of data related to your interaction with our Services are collected automatically using cookies and other technologies when your browser or device accesses the MedGroup Services. Data from Cookies
"Cookies" are standard files that are placed and stored on the devices that you use to access the MedGroup Services. In this Privacy Notice, we will refer to such files with the word "cookies" according to the version written in the English language.

In addition, MedGroup may retain your personal data even after closing your account to prevent fraud, collect any outstanding debt, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and/or contracts, for purposes defined by tax legislation, to assist any investigation, and to take other actions permitted and/or required by applicable laws.
In cases where it is no longer necessary for MedGroup, when the legal obligations to store your personal data end, or when the purpose for which your personal data was collected and/or stored ceases, MedGroup destroys the aforementioned data in a safe manner, as well as in accordance with the applicable law on privacy and protection of personal data, and with MedGroup‘s internal policies.

When you visit third-party websites that are part of the MedGroup platform, we may receive usage data.
Data from Other Sources
MedGroup may supplement your personal data with data collected by third parties, adding it to your existing account data. For example, MedGroup may collect and use demographic data that is available in the public domain, as permitted by applicable laws.
Data that MG Discloses or Displays
MedGroup never sells your personal data. MedGroup uses the data provided by You in accordance with Your agreement with this Privacy Notice, only when there is a legal basis defined by the applicable law for the protection of personal data, to provide better Services and display more relevant advertisements to You.
MedGroup does not collect copies of personal documents or any other documents from potential customers. MedGroup can ask users for personal identification documents only in cases where MedGroup offers paid services, and it has reason to doubt the authenticity of the order or information provided by users. The aforementioned documents will be immediately deleted from the MedGroup database as soon as the intended verification is completed.
Service Providers
MedGroup uses service providers to perform functions and provide services in the areas where it operates. For example, MedGroup uses various third-party services, such as Google Analytics or Hotjar, to help provide its Services, such as hosting MedGroup 's servers or applications, or to help us understand the use of our Services.
MedGroup shares payment information with service providers to process payments, stop, detect, or investigate fraud or other prohibited activities, to help resolve disputes, such as refunds or later collection, as well as other issues related to the acceptability of debit and/or credit cards.
In cases where you use services provided by service providers who are third parties, MedGroup makes every effort to ensure that, when the third party has contact with personal data that has been collected or stored by MedGroup, the third party agrees to handle the aforementioned data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice, and according to the applicable laws for the protection of privacy and personal data.
Privacy Practices of Third Parties
This Privacy Notice addresses and governs only the processing, use, disclosure and storage of personal data that MedGroup collects from You. If You disclose Your personal information to others, or if You are redirected to a third party website, then please note that the policies, practices and privacy notices of the relevant third party will be applicable. MedGroup expressly disclaims responsibility, and cannot be held responsible for any misuse and/or damage that may be caused to You by third parties, when You share Your data with such parties.

The MedGroup Services may contain various web pages that redirect users to other websites operated by third parties. Redirecting to such websites occurs only after users click on the relevant buttons and choose to visit third-party websites.
Under no circumstances will MedGroup be responsible for the conditions governing the collection, processing, and protection of personal data that are applicable to such third-party websites. The aforementioned websites do not belong to, are not owned, and/or operated by MedGroup. Therefore, MedGroup expressly disclaims responsibility for actions and/or damages that may be caused by third-party websites that users choose to visit
Right to be Forgotten / Right to Erasure
In accordance with Law No. 06/L082 for the Protection of Personal Data, of the Republic of Kosovo, and in accordance with the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data of the European Union (GDPR), You have the right to request from MedGroup the right to "be forgotten", which means the deletion of your personal data.
In such cases, MedGroup will take action to fulfill your request within the optimal time frame. However, please note that such requests will be fulfilled by MedGroup in accordance with the legal conditions, and only when MedGroup is satisfied that it has no legal and/or contractual obligation to continue to store your data.
Please note that your request to be deleted will not always be automatically approved, and that MedGroup will comply with your request to delete your personal data only when there are no further obligations to retain such data.

In the event that any part, paragraph and/or subheading of this Privacy Notice is considered and/or found to be invalid by any competent authority for any reason, then the other parts of this Privacy Notice remain in force and retain full legal effect, without being affected by the part considered invalid.
